For a Major Battery Cell European Producer based in France – we are Recruiting Experienced Cells Battery Industry Production & Process Technicians & Engineers.

This Major Battery Cell producer, a fast-growing French leader in advanced lithium-ion battery manufacturing, is strengthening its technical and industrial teams. 

We are currently seeking experienced Engineers and Technicians with a solid background in battery cell production to join our 24/7 expanding operation .

Your profile :

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial battery / cell manufacturing

• Preferably with good experience in pouch cell production environments.

• Open to engineers or senior technicians with strong technical expertise

• English proficiency is appreciated but not mandatory

• Experience in large form-factor battery products is considered a strong advantage

Preferably with good experience in pouch cell production environments.

2. Cell Equipment & Production Process Improvement Engineers
Responsible for optimizing equipment performance, process efficiency, and production flow.

3. Cell Equipment & Utilities Maintenance Experts
Managing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for production tools and facility utilities. Responsible for optimizing equipment performance, process efficiency, and production flow.

4.Production Quality Engineers / Specialists
Ensuring process quality, implementing quality control systems, and driving continuous improvement.

5. Cell Raw Materials Quality & Capacity Experts
Managing suppliers in Cells row components Quality and / Or Capacity with expertise in key cell components.

6. Supplier Field Auditors – Raw Materials
Conducting supplier audits in the areas of Quality, Manufacturing Processes, and Environmental Compliance.

7. Production Managers / Workshop or Plant Managers
Overseeing production teams, performance, and operational excellence. responsible for optimizing equipment performance, process efficiency, and production flow.

8. Cell Testing Engineers / Technicians
Performing electrical, mechanical, safety, and life-cycle testing on battery cells.

9. Purchasing / Procurement Specialists
With experience in battery industry supply chains and technical purchasing.

10. Senior Process Engineer(Daily / Weekly KPI)

Daily report; process performance, engineering report(analyse issue root-cause, following / Tracking solution, Standard guide)
