As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager (M/F) to be recruited as soon as possible on a permanent contract.

Missions :

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting new product and process implementation projects (battery systems)

• Close cooperation with R&D in preparing technical solutions for production

• Technical coordination between R&D, Production and Quality departments

• Reviewing technical documentation and project requirements

• Supporting production process preparation (industrialization phase)

• Participating in project meetings (English / Polish)

• Preparing basic reports and summaries (Excel)

Votre profil :

Requirements

• Technical education (Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Automation or similar)

• Electrical license up to 1 kV (or equivalent)

• Experience in project or industrial environments

• English level minimum B2 (daily communication)

• Good PC skills (Windows, Excel)

• Ability to read technical documentation

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF)

• Experience with NPI / industrialization projects

• Background in automotive, e-mobility or battery systems
